Music Notes Unlimited Subscription – Terms and Conditions
- Subscription fees and billing cycle begin the day of form submission.
- Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annually) and will be charged to the subscribers credit card entered from the day of form submission.
- Music Notes may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
- Access to Music Notes Unlimited login and protected content pages granted under these terms is effective only upon current payment of the subscription fees.
Canceling Your Subscription
- Monthly or Annual Plans: To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription prior to your subscription renewal date. Email Jimmy (contact@musicnotesonline.com) and specify the exact email address and name used for your subscription, along with your reason(s) for canceling.
Refunds
- Subscription fees, once successfully processed by Square, are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to use your subscription, please cancel in order to avoid recurring charges.
